Denis Ferranti Group, specialists in bespoke hybrid power systems for Aerospace and Defence are looking to recruit a QA Manager to work at its facility in Bangor, North Wales.

We are working on a number of really exciting Hybrid electric aircraft programs with global aerospace and defence manufacturers. The projects aim to improve flight safety, improve efficiency of aircraft and ultimately our ambition is to be a major driver behind the proliferation of this technology.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams
  • Implement ongoing quality improvement processes across all areas:
  • Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Develop and manage practices to ensure quality throughout all phases of development including requirements, design, and right through into production
  • Evaluate and enhance QA standards, technologies and approaches
  • Identify deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance
  • Partners with leadership team to develop and establish best practices and to establish and track Quality metrics to support company goals.

The company is located in Bangor, North Wales near to the Snowdonia mountain range and close to the coast.
