A rare opportunity has arisen within the Siemens Aero-Derivative Gas Turbine (AGT) business to join the Service Operations team based in Warwick! As our new Head of Repair Network, you will manage a team of 5 and report to the Head of Service Operations. This exciting opportunity will enable to you design, develop and govern a repair and overhaul network and strategy for our products globally. A key part will be to work with departmental management teams to ensure an effective and efficient service, whilst satisfying the financial objectives and delivering enhanced business processes and governance.
This attractive position will also include global travel (around 1 week in 4) and the chance to work alongside many different cultures! The Repair Network plays a key part in the success of the AGT product line and for this high profile role, we are looking for a leader who has a strategic mindset and fantastic commercial acumen.

You will ensure that the Repair & Overhaul facilities have the capability and capacity to support the in-service year on year demand and future fleet expansion
Own the Repair and overhaul network and develop the strategy for AGT aero derivative products globally.
Lead and develop the teams capability programme, ensuring successful and timely delivery of new programmes including; new facility, capability expansion and CR vendors
Ensure existing repair & overhaul third party suppliers, joint ventures (JV) and wholly owned facilities are licensed and operating within contractual obligations.
For our repair and overhaul maintenance bases, you will take the lead on commercial requirements, govern and manage vendor licence agreements and develop the global repair and overhaul commercial relationships.
Take ownership of all repair vendor licence agreements, including the negotiation of new agreements, ongoing contract queries, claims and disputes
Develop the component repair strategy.
Provide control and governance of Siemens data and intellectual property rights.
