A recent graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University’s sector leading 20Twenty Business Growth programme Viv says. “I am a strong advocate of life-long learning at any age. Employers who choose to develop their staff with work-relevant skills are investing in the future of their company and sending a strong motivational message to the individual. With Brexit around the corner, a motivated workforce could become a company’s strongest asset."
