Madeleine Pinder

Madeleine Pinder holds the position of Operations Manager at Aerospace Wales Forum - an industry body representing around 240 aerospace, defence and space companies in Wales - and leads the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) Hub within the Forum, reflecting her strong passion for this critical part of the industry. Madeleine leads Aerospace Wales in its participation in the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership (EACP) programme - a collaboration centred on regional clusters across Europe aimed at accelerating innovation, skills development and competitiveness in aerospace and defence and is the aerospace and defence representative on the Welsh Government’s Trade Policy Advisory Group. Passionate about workforce development, she is a strong advocate for MRO as a career pathway and actively promotes opportunities to encourage young people - particularly girls -to enter the aerospace and defence industries. Madeleine earned a degree in English and Journalism from the University of the West of England. After university, she returned to her hometown of Cardiff and began her marketing career before progressing to a commercial leadership role at Spectrum Technologies. In 2022, she stepped into her current position within Aerospace Wales Forum.
