Jason Davies

With 35 years in Aviation, his career to date has provided the opportunity to become familiar with the Business, Civil & Military Aerospace markets as an established Senior Manager within the aircraft maintenance, production, repair and modification business sectors. A firm believer in delivering organic growth in any business through increased efficiency output, customer base expansion and new product development. Jason actively promotes positive cultural change within the businesses he has managed to ensure existing strengths that are sometime hidden within organisations are fully recognised. Within his current position as General & Accountable Manager for Aerocare Aviation Services ltd, Broughton, he holds the responsibility for the day to day management of a progressive part 145 maintenance company with full accountability for all Quality, Operational, Production, Sales, Commercial, Material Mgt & Continuous Improvement departments within the new business. Jason lives in North Wales and is married with two children. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, motorsport and boating.
