Ben Lee

Ben Lee, FRAeS, is the Director of two Aerospace companies in Wales, ASC Aviation Technical Consultants and European Airline Solutions which combined provides technical representation, tooling and ground support equipment to the airlines, maintenance organisations and aircraft owners around the world. Starting out as an engineering apprentice with Britannia Airways, Ben has more than 23 years’ experience in aerospace engineering honed at some of the biggest names in aviation, including British Airways, TUI and DHL Air. Ben is passionate about evolving the aerospace sector in Wales, and making the nation a globally-recognised centre of aviation excellence in product and training. A fully B1, B2 & C licensed engineer, Ben also holds a Masters in Leadership and Management from the University of South Wales, and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Away from his profession, Ben is married with three children, and his hobbies includes, travelling with his family, coaching grassroots football, playing football and occasionally, if time allows, watching Luton Town FC play football.
