LMg Solutions Ltd (LMg) was established in 1995 as a provider of Numerical Control Part Programs, now Specialising in Optimisation, working in partnership with leading cutting tool, machine tool and technology companies, developing and implementing the latest machining strategies. We programme components from the smallest prismatic part to the largest & most complex structural Aerospace components in most aerospace material. Working with small general engineering companies to the world leading Aerospace companies, where LMg has gained a reputation for its technical expertise & quality. We possess an in depth working knowledge of Aerospace sectors, with a workforce that has gained unparalleled technical expertise.
LMG have 15 engineering programmers, we are an ISO 9001 Approved Company and Cyber Essentials Certified and we believe our continued success is largely due to the Quality Service we provide & the Quality Systems we have in place. Our approach is to Initially Work with the Customer to establish how the Client likes to drive their Machines, Cutting Tools & Processes the Client uses. Having established this we then develop our Process so that we may Plug the job into the Clients Systems as seamlessly as possible, our objective here is to become an extension to the Clients Engineering Dept, whether next door or across the other side of the world. We believe that this is all part of Developing Long Term Relationships whereby we continually meet & exceed customer expectations. We achieve this is by Producing a Quality Plan for each Customer, this would normally involve an Engineer visiting the Clients Facility so that we may Document all relative information.

LMg have delivered engineering solutions for a wide range of major aerospace programs and components. Notable examples include: Airbus Broughton (UK) – Wing spars and skins for all Airbus aircraft, including the A380; automated assembly lines Airbus Filton (UK) / GKN – Wing ribs and prismatic components EADS / Premium Aerotec Augsburg – Fuselage frames, floor beams, and automation of fuselage sections 16–19 Airbus Varel / Premium Aerotec – Structural components including fuselage frames & Large titanium airframe parts
