The production process mainly consists of ingot casting process and bar forming process:
Ingot Casting Process: Sponge titanium + master alloy → Material selection → Batching & mixing → Electrode pressing → Electrode welding → Primary melting → Secondary melting → Tertiary melting → Machining & flaw detection → Ingot casting
Bar Forming Process: Ingot casting → Heating → Upset forging/Radial forging → Grinding → Machining & flaw detection → Bar stock
