22 CNC machines including bedmills, Vertical Machining Centers and twin pallet VMC’s
Maximum CNC capacity is currently 2500mm X 800mm.
Many of our machines are 4-axis for one-hit machining operations.
3 of our machines have 5-axis capability.
CNC Sliding Head
Two Star SV-32 machines with 32mm bar capacity.
Further investment has seen the addition of Citizen A20 & A32 machines and a new Doosan Puma ST20G machine.
Fabrication
In-house fabrication by welders fully coded in MIG and TIG to the latest ISO/ASME standards.
Fabrication of parts in plates sizes from 6-100mm thick with envelope size of up to 3m x 3m x 10m and a maximum weight of 25 tonnes.
Extensive large machining capabilities alongside full in-house surface preparation, wet paint and stove facilities enables us to offer a high-quality one stop solution.
