The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting companies to take part in MRO Europe. For this event, you can attend either as an exhibitor or as a visitor:

Exhibitor
The cost is £2,600. This includes:
•    Space on the Wales stand
•    Return flights
•    2 night’s accommodation with breakfast
•    Attendance at in-market events, including business networking events
•    Inclusion in any marketing material

The offer is available to two representatives per company.

Visitor
The cost is £700. This includes:

•  Return flights
  •    2 night’s accommodation with breakfast
  •    Entrance to the trade show
  •    Inclusion in any marketing material
  •    Access to meeting space on the Wales stand
  •    Attendance at in-market events, including business networking events

This offer is available to one representative per company.

Itinerary
22 October – Depart for Barcelona
23-24 October – MRO Europe/Opportunity for companies to have their own meetings / pre-arranged meetings programme
24 October – Return to Wales

Arrangement of Meetings Service
If you would like maximise your time at the event, Welsh Government can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of their business consultants. This service is available from £500.
