The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has developed a new microsite to be a central source of information and guidance for the aviation and aerospace industries about the actions they would need to take to be prepared for a no deal withdrawal from the EU and no continued mutual recognition.

The CAA is also launching a series of EU Exit webinars to give aviation and aerospace businesses the information they need to prepare for the new regulatory landscape from 1 January 2021.

As negotiations between the UK and the EU over aviation safety arrangements continue, there remains a possibility that the UK will leave the European system with a no negotiated agreement. It is crucial businesses understand the effects the new framework will have and how best to prepare for them. The series covers a range of specialist issues and provides an opportunity for businesses across the industry to hear from CAA colleagues and will run throughout November, starting on 3 November 2020.
