The ADS Toulouse Networking Event October 2022 will take place between 12-13th October 2022 in Toulouse.
Welsh Government have secured ten spaces for Industrialists at this event.
This is a high-profile event held over 2 days which culminates in a members’ networking reception for UK companies looking for opportunities in the French civil aerospace market.
Toulouse is the home of the Airbus final assembly line, the hub of all activity in this area, employing many thousands of people both directly and through its supply chain. All procurement for Airbus projects is decided at the Toulouse facility and this is an opportunity for our Welsh companies to get close to those decision makers.
Wales has attended this networking event with companies previously. For those that are in the supply chain for Airbus this is an extremely beneficial event, and also for those attempting to break into this area.
If you would like to be considered to attend, please submit your expression of interest answering the following questions by midday on 12th September. We will use the responses to the below questions to determine your attendance.

If successful, you will be responsible for organising your own travel and accommodation arrangements. ADS have negotiated the following rates and two nearby hotels.
Holiday Inn Express (132 Euro’s per night inc. breakfast and VAT)
Holiday Inn (12th October 140Euro’s and 120 Euro’s for the 13th October inc. breakfast and VAT).
There will be an additional city tax of 40 cents per person per night
