Team Wales will once again have a presence at this year’s Paris Airshow and Welsh Government are now inviting applications for Member organisations to join us.
The Paris Air Show will take place at the Le Bourget Parc des Expositions, 16-20 June 2025. Paris is the largest Aerospace event in the World and brings together all the key players from the industry and its supply chain in one place.
The show attracts over 2,500 exhibitors from 48 countries and over 127,000 trade visitors from 169 countries. Attending Paris Airshow allows for new commercial opportunities, continuing your technological and industrial partnerships and understanding of the latest technological innovations. If your business is in manufacturing, composites, aerospace, space or cyber security this could be a key event for you.

We expect interest to join us at this event to be high and spaces will be limited, so please give due consideration to your application and complete as fully as possible.
Exhibiting with Welsh Government can be a very cost-effective way to showcase your company, gain valuable contacts and identify potential business in these sectors. Welsh Government have 3 options on how Wales based companies can attend the show:
Exhibitor Package – £2,600
1. a branded co-exhibitor space (1.5m x 1m) on the Wales pavilion with counter-top, lockable cupboard, power supply and storage
2. your own online registration to enhance your presence at the event
3. use of meeting spaces on stand
4. a 5 day entry ticket
5. inclusion in the UK Village Marketing material
6. inclusion in Wales media, marketing and potential PR opportunities
7. access to international delegations
8. inclusion in associated networking with key businesses and decision makers at the event, including your fellow stand partners
9. the stand’s logistics are all taken care of with experienced events and marketing professionals
10. included in your exhibitor package is 50% subsidy towards:
– Return flight (to Value of £350)
– 5 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (15 -20 June))
A second representative can attend for £700
Visitor Package – £700
Visit the show for a shorter period (up to 3 nights) and maximise your time. Your package includes:
1. Use of the meeting tables or Networking Bar on the Wales pavilion
2. Day visitor tickets to the show
3. Access to Trade & Invest Wales marketing opportunities
4. inclusion in associated networking with key businesses and decision makers at the event, including your fellow stand partners
5. Included in your exhibitor package is 50% subsidy towards:
– Return flight (to the value of £350)
– up to 3 nights’ accommodation, including breakfast (15 June – 18 June)
