Magellan Aerospace (UK) Ltd is a leading design to manufacture supplier of aerospace structural components and assemblies. A tier one supplier, the division has a highly integrated design and manufacturing capability that can provide a diverse service of detail kit supply through to class one structural sub assembly. Testing and proving of the certified products commences with stress and fatigue analysis of the design and continues with NDT and protective finishing to customer specification at the end of the production cycle. Product sizes range from small intricate valves and continue up to single one piece spars exceeding 18 metres in length, assembled and delivered to point of use.

Airbus A318 – 321 Single Aisle, A310 & 300, A330 & 340 and A400M, both direct and in support of other Airbus suppliers Raytheon XP800 Executive Jet Smiths, GKN and Bombardier.

Complex CNC Machining from medium to long bed up to 23 meters inclusive of high speed milling 5-axis Detail fabrications and assemblies, Largest independent surface treatments capability outside of UK OEM’s.22 metre long chrome anodising tanks;Sulphuric & hard anodising; Paint finishing – Oven cure to 25 metres;Non destructive testing – AFD,PFD,MFD,Hardness, Conductivity, Nital Etch
