Radnor Range Limited provides Test & Evaluation (T&E) services across a range of sectors. T&E often has a defence & security focus but increasingly we support aerospace and the oil & gas industry for high energy, noisy, dynamic or explosive events.  Radnor also provides a test space for rocket motors, UAV, counter-UAV, laser testing, novel weapons, blast and ballistics.  We can test solid and liquid fuel rocket motors, with a 400kg limit for the solid motors. The valley is approximately 3km long, 1km wide and 0.5km deep and provides a secure and discreet test facility.  A future development (2020) will include a shock tube/blast wave simulator and growing the rocket propulsion test facility for the space / satellite sector.  We work closely with academia through various universities.

Market experience:

Primarily operating in the aerospace, defence & security market with some business in the oil & gas industry.  A micro-SME that provides T&E services to OEMs, prime contractors and other SMEs in support of PV or government funded R&D and contracts. Also provide T&E for overseas governments and companies, although the majority of the work is with UK based entities.
