The ADS Toulouse Annual Networking event will take place between 7-8 October 2026. Welsh Government have secured spaces for up a few companies to attend with a maximum of two attendees per company.

This high-profile event, held over 2 days, is attended by UK and devolved government Ministers and concludes with an ADS Members networking reception – UK-France bilateral Reception with French representatives from the main actors from the industry + UK companies ideal for UK companies looking for opportunities in the French civil aerospace market.

Toulouse is the home of the Airbus final assembly line, the hub of all activity in this area, employing many thousands of people both directly and through its supply chain. All procurement for Airbus projects is decided at the Toulouse facility, and this is an opportunity for our Welsh companies to get close to those decision makers.

This is a must attend event for existing suppliers to Airbus and for those who wish to enter the supply chain.

The programme consists of:

Evening 1 (7^th October)- Delegations Dinner where you can meet the other delegations from Northern Ireland/North West Aerospace Alliance, Ministers, ADS and other government officials

Daytime 2 (8^th October) – Exclusive to the delegates- This is an event programme which includes your opportunity to hear that challenges faced and requirements of Airbus/Safran – we will have a presentation from Latecoere + Airbus. New this year includes a Defence Conference-  (Panel 1- Advancing industrial integration and includes participation of SMEs)- Drones and Autonomous Systems, as well as the Civil Conference (Panel 1: The future of civil aerospace and panel 2: Digital transformation)

Evening 2 – Annual ADS Toulouse Event Reception from 18:30 which attracts both French and British delegates from across the Aerospace/Defence and Space Industry.

If you have a base in Wales and would like to be considered to attend, please submit your expression of interest answering the following questions giving as much information as possible by COP Friday 28^th August . We will use the responses to the below questions to determine your attendance.

Travel and Accommodation information

If successful, you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements from UK to Toulouse/hotel and return.

ADS Toulouse have negotiated a discounted rate at a nearby Hotel in Toulouse, for the nights of 7^th and 8^th October, to include breakfast and VAT.  This will be payable on your arrival.   Rates and hotels to be advised if you are successful.
