As a DECA Procurement Manager your main duties are to conduct competitive and sole source procurement and contract management, of contracts with varying levels of complexity up to £20M:
This includes: Pre-sourcing/Sourcing and Contract Management.

Successful candidates must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. The level of security needed is security check.

Are you qualified to apply?
We will apply the following essential criteria to applications:
• Experience procuring goods or services
• Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) or other equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
• Member of the Chartered Institutes of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) or a willingness to work towards and achieve MCIPS within a reasonable and agreed timeframe (we will cover your training costs and provide you study time)
We will also consider the following desirable criteria:
• Experience of tendering and contract manages
• HNC or equivalent in a Commercial, Business or Finance discipline
