Ensinger Machined Parts Ltd (formerly Ensinger Precision Engineering) specializes in the machining and assembly of precision engineering plastic components in one of the UK’s largest and modern machine shops.
Ensinger offers an extensive range of high performance polymers for use in demanding conditions as dictated by many aerospace, space and defence applications.
Market Experience
The ENSINGER machined parts group operates across two sites in the UK with a highly skilled, knowledgeable & motivated workforce . We work closely with the large OEM’s in these sectors on both new or existing projects assisting engineers and the design teams. The Ensinger global expertise can be called upon when required with over 2,600 employees 6 machine shops in total along with extrusion, injection moulding, compression moulding, sintering and thermoplastic composite shapes and prepreg.
Major Customers
Ipeco (Seating), Safran Electrical, Nordam Europe, BAE Systems, Thales Group, Qioptiq and Leonardo Airborne & Space. Our Second site supplies Safran LS, Rolls Royce, Eaton, Airbus, Airbus Defence & Space, GKN, Leonardo Helicopters and Collins Aerospace.
Key Equipment & Processes
The engineering solutions we offer are from an extensive range of turning and milling machines including complex simultaneous 5-axis machining. Other services include kitting, assembly, cleaning and testing.
