With a focus on regional Embraer E-Jets as well as narrow-body Airbus and Boeing aircraft, AerFin’s portfolio of services range from its fixed-cost, rotable component programme, BeyondPool™. Through to 24/7 AOG support from both its London and Singapore-based distribution centres.

AerFin’s other aftermarket solutions also include aircraft and engine leasing services, innovative material supply programs for MROs through to technical consultancy projects to lessors and operators. AerFin also provides engine disassembly services for CFM and Rolls-Royce engines from its 100,000sqft UK-based technical facility.

AerFin began operations in 2010 at the peak of the international debt crisis that gripped aircraft lessors, airlines and investors with the aim of drawing on the extensive technical and commercial knowledge within the team to maximise asset residual values in those difficult economic conditions.

AerFin has provided commercial, legal and technical consultancy projects for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Lessors, Investors and Airlines since inception on projects ranging from new engine selection for airlines, residual value analysis for Lessors to asset remarketing and disassembly for owners and investors.

In December 2014 CarVal Investors became a major shareholder in AerFin Holdings Ltd. AerFin and CarVal Investors have a common vision to establish AerFin as a leading global provider of aircraft, engine and component supply chain solutions.

In September 2015, AerFin acquired the trade and assets of Airline Services Components Ltd to expand its portfolio of aircraft component solutions, from Wheel & Brake CPAL (cost per aircraft landing) and FHA programs to component repair management and inventory pooling. Not only does this give AerFin a nose-to-tail solution for its customer base, but the acquisition also allows AerFin to support its global customer base of airlines and maintenance providers 24/7, 365 days a year.
