The Employer Engagement Group was established by Coleg Cambria to bring Aerospace employers together to discuss common issues in skills and training, as they were keen to ensure their training and development programmes meet the needs of industry and keep up with technological change.
Aerospace Wales are now looking to grow this group to ensure that we have a strategic view across Wales on the current needs of the industry, and to share best practice and industry knowledge.
