For almost 100 years, Airborne Systems has been at the forefront of the on-going development of airdrop systems for the aerial delivery by parachute, of very large and varied loads of equipment and supplies, to enhance the capabilities of airborne forces.

We preserve the internationally established brand names of Irvin & GQ Parachutes and will maintain the proud traditions of these predecessors in continuing to supply products of quality and reliability. Our products remain at the forefront of the most demanding areas of Defence.

Today our key business is based around our expertise in Aerial Delivery, Survivability, Search and Rescue and Naval Decoy Systems.

Airborne Systems Aerial Delivery, Search and Rescue and Survivability Products are designed with the end user at the forefront of each design.

Airborne Systems supplies parachutes and aerial delivery systems for the Air Drop of combat supplies, stores, humanitarian aid and vehicles onto land drop zones. Loads weighing from 23kg (50lb) to 16,000kg (35,200lb) can be airdropped using a range of parachutes, airdrop platforms and ancillary rigging equipment.

The aerial delivery of Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) followed by Special Forces Troops has been in service for the last 30 years and is used for Special Maritime Operations, Maritime Counter Terrorism, Anti-Piracy and Search and Rescue operations.

Airborne Systems military emergency parachute assemblies and emergency escape systems.
