AeroWales - Mobile Capability Matrix
V 2.2, June 2013

The Aerospace Wales Forum are pleased to announce the update of the AeroWales Mobile Capability Matrix. AeroWales is the Contact Database for The Aerospace Industry in Wales... direct from your mobile device!

Featuring the leading edge of the advanced materials and manufacturing sectors, this App provides the contact details of the key players in the Welsh aerospace industry, as well as a means of carrying out useful desk research direct from your Apple iPhone or Apple iPad, Android smartphone or tablet, and BlackBerry 10 smartphone and Playbook.

As well as providing full contact details on each company, the App also provides a quick methodology for phoning the contact, sending them an email, browsing their website, seeing their position on an interactive map, and even plotting a route from your current UK GPS location to the company's location.

This App developed by Eazyweb and commissioned by the Aerospace Wales Forum, provides quick access to browse via either capability or via company name. Users can pinpoint those companies that possess a specific capability, and then find out more about each one. The App can also be used for researching a specific known company, and finding out what capabilities they have.

The Forum are pleased to announce that this year's Aerospace App update is also compatible with the new BlackBerry 10 'All Touch' Operating System. Making the App compatible with the new breed of Blackberry 10 smartphones was an important part of the update. This market is estimated to represent a potential 1 to 1.5 million additional BB10 users each month, so this update marks a big increase in the number of Blackberry users that can benefit from the Aerospace App. As Blackberry has traditionally been the handset of choice for business professionals, this update marks an important step forward for the Aerospace App.
